Dryhopped saison with Brettanomyces

Batch #3
Erve #3 is a refreshing, dry and rustic table beer with a subtle palette of noble Belgian Golding hops that lend delicate green notes and a soft bitterness. This beer was aged for a longer time than Alm and Weide, allowing the Brettanomyces and our own wild house culture to develop a fascinating rural character with lots of fruity notes that remind us of pear, papaya and pineapple. Erve is the ideal beer to drink with an honest hearty meal or medium aged farmer's cheese.
